The SHO#Dnipro Contact page is for reaching the newsroom about news, corrections, story ideas, partnerships and technical issues. We read meaningful messages and respond where we can help or need clarification.

1. Editorial messages

Write to us if you have information about an event in Dnipro or the region, a story idea, an expert comment, documents or a clarification for an already published story. For error reports and complaints, you can also use the Feedback & Complaints page.

2. What to include

• a short subject for your message;
• a link to the story or page if your message concerns a publication;
• facts, documents, photos or contacts that can help verify the information;
• a convenient way to reply.

3. Advertising and partnerships

Commercial offers, partnership projects and advertising requests are handled separately from editorial stories. Advertising content must be labelled so readers can clearly distinguish it from editorial publications.

4. Confidential information

If your message may involve a person’s safety, private data or sensitive documents, do not send unnecessary personal data in the first email. Briefly describe the topic and say that a secure communication channel is needed.

5. Response time

The newsroom tries to respond to important messages within several business days. Urgent reports about events happening now are reviewed faster, but a reply may not be possible for every message.
