The "Diia" portal may temporarily stop accepting applications for booking from mobilization - approximately until September 1. The information was provided by an informed source of RBC-Ukraine.
According to the source, the decision to suspend booking was made at the level of the Staff, but there is no official announcement yet.
The exact format of the restriction remains open: the Staff considered at least two options. The first is to block the submission of applications only to enterprises that have not yet confirmed their criticality. The second is to stop booking for all businesses without exception.
Applications that are already being processed at the time the decision comes into force will be processed. Businesses will not be able to submit new applications, the source said.
Access to booking is planned to be restored gradually - as enterprises reconfirm criticality according to updated criteria. Regarding re-booking employees, the source suggests that such an opportunity will be available to enterprises after reconfirming criticality.
Updated criticality rules
At the end of May, the Cabinet of Ministers changed the booking rules and instructed the responsible authorities to revise the criteria for granting criticality to businesses. One of the key innovations is the increased requirements for the average salary level of employees.
The deadline for reconfirming criticality under the new rules is September 1. Enterprises that do not manage or cannot do so will lose their critical status, and their employees will lose their booking.
