The agrochemical company "Ukravit Science Park" acquired the property complex of "Dnipro Mineral Fertilizers Plant" JSC in Kamianske through a repeat online auction in the "Prozorro.Sale" system. The deal was concluded on June 11, 2026.
The final price of the lot was 77 million hryvnias. The first auction did not take place due to the absence of participants, so the starting price of the repeat bidding was lower.
The acquired property includes 114 buildings and structures, over 2600 units of fixed assets, about 1800 units of movable property, 22 vehicles, 34 intangible assets, as well as the right to claim accounts receivable of the enterprise totaling about 142 million hryvnias.
"Dnipro Mineral Fertilizers Plant" JSC was founded in 2002 on the basis of the Prydniprovsky Chemical Plant. The enterprise specialized in the production of complex phosphorus-containing fertilizers and was one of the largest producers of these products in Ukraine. Due to logistical difficulties and debts exceeding 1 billion hryvnias, the plant gradually lost its position. After the start of the war, the enterprise lost access to imported raw materials and completely ceased operations in 2024.
In the spring of 2025, the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast declared the enterprise bankrupt and initiated liquidation proceedings, within which the property was sold.
"Ukravit Science Park" is a Ukrainian developer of plant protection products and microfertilizers. Industry experts expect that the acquisition will allow for the restoration or modernization of the production complex in Kamianske and reduce the dependence of Ukraine's agricultural sector on imported phosphorus fertilizers.
