Applicants to professional colleges who have received a recommendation for enrollment must confirm their choice of one place of study. If they do not do so by the established dates, they will not be able to be enrolled under the corresponding competitive offer, the Ministry of Education and Science warns. The choice can be confirmed through an electronic cabinet, in person at the institution, or by means of electronic communication with the imposition of a qualified electronic signature.
The recommendation decision is displayed in the applicant's personal electronic cabinet in the EDEMIS system - the vstup.edbo.gov.ua portal is open from June 25 to October 15, 2026. A notification about the recommendation is received through the cabinet; information can also be clarified directly at the college.
Deadlines for applicants based on 9th grade
Publication of ranking lists: July 29-31, 2026.
Confirmation of a state-funded place: by 12:00 on August 4, 2026.
Enrollment for state-funded places (state order / regional order): no later than 18:00 on August 7, 2026.
Enrollment for contract-based places: no later than August 11, 2026.
Update of ranking lists: August 4 by 20:00; confirmation after the update - by 18:00 on August 6, 2026.
Transfer to vacant state-funded places (contract students): no later than August 17, 2026.
Additional admission: no later than October 15, 2026.

Confirmation of a state-funded place: by 18:00 on August 14, 2026.

After each update of the ranking lists, applicants may receive a recommendation for vacant state-funded places, according to their ranking. The publication of ranking lists for professional colleges began on July 29, 2026, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.
