The regional prosecutor's office announced suspicion to two residents of Dnipro under Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - receiving undue benefits with the aim of influencing the decision of an authorized person - and under Part 2 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations. Both suspects have been detained, according to the SBU.
The first detainee is a TikTok blogger with almost 7,000 subscribers. On his page, he published the addresses of mobile TCC groups and information about law enforcement officers. He tracked the locations of military groups during business trips as a driver for a private enterprise, using work routes to collect intelligence data.
The second suspect offered clients to remove them from military registration for 23,000 US dollars. The scheme involved providing forged medical certificates with fictitious records of surgical operations due to allegedly unsatisfactory health conditions, as well as using personal connections in military medical commissions to exclude conscripts from the register.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor's office.
