KP "Dniprovodokanal" is looking for a contractor for tree removal and pruning at the enterprise's facilities. The expected cost of services is UAH 1.31 million excluding VAT. This is stated in Prozorro data and tender documentation.
The tender was announced on July 13. The procurement is carried out under code DK 021:2015 77341000-2 "Tree pruning". The locations for the work will be determined by separate applications from the enterprise.
The technical task includes:
removal of dry, emergency, and defective trees of soft deciduous species using telescopic lifts - 36.416 cubic meters of wood;
removal of trees of hard deciduous species - 41.16 cubic meters of wood;
formative pruning of 126 trees over five meters high;
shredding of branches, bushes, and tree crowns - 205.576 cubic meters;
manual loading of 51.394 tons of waste;
transportation of 51.394 tons of waste over a distance of up to 15 kilometers.
The diameter of the trunk of the removed trees must be more than 40, but not more than 50 centimeters.
The tender participant must have at least one hydraulic lift with a height of 35 meters or more, a tractor-shredder, two trucks, and transport for employees and equipment. It is also necessary to confirm the availability of a base or warehouse in Dnipro.
To perform the work, the contractor must involve at least ten employees who have been trained in the profession of landscaper, occupational safety, and work at height. At least three more employees must have training in the professions of feller, logger, and high-altitude worker.
Participants must also confirm experience in performing 5 similar contracts.
The contractor must start work within ten working days after receiving an application from the enterprise. Services must be provided until May 31, 2027.
Payment is provided after the completion of work, within 30 calendar days after signing the relevant acts. Proposals are accepted until July 21.
