The debt of Dnipro residents to KP "Dniprovodokanal" for water supply, sewerage, and subscriber services reached 792.2 million hryvnias as of July 1, 2026. The enterprise appealed to residents with a call not to delay payment.
According to the company, such a sum of debt directly affects the ability to repair networks on time, purchase materials, and maintain systems in working order.
"Dniprovodokanal" expressed gratitude to those who pay regularly: these receipts allow them to promptly respond to accidents, carry out repairs, and continuously supply purified water to city residents.
Restructuring instead of courts
The enterprise stated that it does not seek to bring cases to lawsuits and forced collection. Instead, debtors are offered two steps:
pay bills monthly, by the 20th;
if there is a debt, conclude a restructuring agreement for its gradual repayment at CAP LLC "ERC KP" or at the district subscriber services of the enterprise.
