In the section of the housing department of the draft decision of the Dnipro City Council, 47 out of 57 communal enterprises are marked as being "in the process of termination." Only ten remain active.
The document provides for the approval of an updated list of communal enterprises with distribution by subordination to executive bodies. It is intended to replace the list approved on March 25, 2026. The legal basis is the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine"; the reason for its preparation was a letter from the city council secretary, dated July 16, 2026.
In the block of the department of landscaping and infrastructure, four enterprises have the status "in the process of termination":
KP "Dniprodorservice"
KP "Ritual Service"
KP "City Piers"
KP "Information Systems"
In the transport block, the situation is heterogeneous. KP "Dnipro Electric Transport" and KP "Dnipro Metro" are retained as active, while KP "Dnipromisktrans" and KP "Dnipropetrovsk Metro Construction Directorate" are in the process of termination.
Enterprises of the healthcare department - primary healthcare centers, hospitals, dental polyclinic No. 1, and KP "Hospitaliers of Dnipro" - do not have the status of termination in the document.
The project has not yet been adopted. After the deputies' vote, the decision will come into force from the date of publication. Control over its implementation will be entrusted to the city council secretary and the head of the relevant standing committee.
