Starting June 8, 2026, the Kryvyi Rih City Council is conducting the third wave of free food package distribution. The information was published on the website of the Kryvyi Rih City Council Executive Committee.
Who is eligible to receive
The list of recipients in the third wave includes the following categories:
persons receiving a pension payment of more than UAH 3,400 and up to and including UAH 12,000;
employees of preschool educational institutions of the Kryvyi Rih City Council, regardless of their registered place of residence;
employees of out-of-school educational institutions of the Kryvyi Rih City Council, regardless of their registered place of residence;
employees of cultural institutions of the Kryvyi Rih City Council, regardless of their registered place of residence;
non-pedagogical employees of general secondary education institutions of the Kryvyi Rih City Council, regardless of their registered place of residence;
employees of economic units under the administration and education departments of the executive committees of district councils in the city, regardless of their registered place of residence.
Internally displaced persons registered with the labor and social protection departments of Kryvyi Rih and belonging to the specified preferential categories are also eligible to receive packages.
Conditions and procedure for obtaining
One package is provided per family. If a person falls into several categories, they choose only one and receive the package exclusively within that category.
Pensioners and IDPs apply to distribution points in the district where their pension or assistance is processed, even if they are registered elsewhere. Education and culture workers receive the package at their place of registration upon presenting a certificate from their place of employment. If such an employee's place of residence is not registered within the Kryvyi Rih city territorial community, they apply to the distribution point closest to their place of employment, also with a certificate.
Distribution is carried out using electronic "Kryvyi Rih Card" and "Kryvyi Rih Guest Card". In the absence of cards, an administrator's service card is used at the point, with mandatory presentation of original documents confirming identity and category affiliation.
The addresses of distribution points can be found on the executive committee website or clarified at the Contact Center: 1520 (for Kyivstar subscribers) and 499-1520 (for other operators).
Outreach service for remote microdistricts
For residents of remote microdistricts, outreach service will be organized from June 8 to June 12, 2026 (inclusive) from 09:00 to 15:00 according to a separate schedule.

Package contents and additional information
The assortment of the food package remained unchanged:
four types of canned meat;
wheat flour;
sugar;
canned milk and vegetables;
sunflower oil;
bagged tea.
The products are packed in a box with a description of the contents. Those who did not receive a package in the first or second wave can do so now — distribution for previous waves is ongoing. Over 60,000 residents of the Kryvyi Rih city territorial community received assistance in the first and second waves.
