Starting in August 2026, several legislative changes will come into force in Ukraine - they will affect pensioners, entrepreneurs, internally displaced persons, and parents of future first-graders.
Mobilization and Pension Insurance
On August 2, martial law and general mobilization will be extended for 90 days. On the same day, amendments to the legislation on compulsory state pension insurance will come into force.
FOP and Internally Displaced Persons
From August 1, individual entrepreneurs (FOP) will submit their Tax Calculation according to updated rules. At the same time, a new system of housing vouchers for internally displaced persons will start operating.
Payments and State Programs
Payments under the "Schoolboy's Package" program will start in August - assistance to parents of children entering the first grade.
Some previously accrued payments will be canceled from August 1. Citizens will not be able to use unspent funds from the "National Cashback" accumulated until April 2026 inclusive, as well as the remaining funds from "Winter eSupport" ("Winter Thousand").
