The Dnipro City Council has published a draft resolution on the inclusion of the complex of buildings at 68 Oleksandra Koshitsia Street in the List of the second type, which allows the transfer of property for lease without an auction.
The complex, with an area of 12,756.8 sq. m, is on the balance sheet of the Communal Non-Profit Enterprise "City Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital for Mother and Child named after Prof. M. F. Rudniev." Property management is assigned to the Department of Administrative Services and Permitting Procedures of the City Council.
Lease terms
The lease term is five years.
Lessees can be state and local self-government bodies, as well as institutions and organizations financed from state or local budgets.
The transfer of property will take place without an auction - as a result of inclusion in the List of the second type.
The document is currently a draft. If the council adopts it, the decision will come into force on the day of its publication.
