The facility was hit by several consecutive strikes. People were shopping, some with their families.
There are civilian casualties. Unfortunately, the current death toll stands at 16, with 130 injured, including 23 children.
Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, declared August 22, 2026, a day of mourning in the region. Regional authorities expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased.
