The Nikopol District Military Administration warned of an increased risk of accidents in Nikopol and Marhanets, where protective nets are being installed. Drivers are urged to be careful.
According to the RMA, the new structures change the usual road conditions, and installation work complicates traffic, which increases the likelihood of accidents.
Drivers are advised to:
reduce speed to a safe level;
carefully monitor the road;
maintain a safe distance from other vehicles;
react to changes in traffic in advance.
"Take care of yourselves and others. Your attentiveness and adherence to traffic rules will help avoid emergency situations and save lives," the statement said.
