The public organization "Avalist" has started preliminary registration for displaced families living in the Dnipropetrovsk region. They are offered non-food kits with essential items. According to Vchasni Novyny, the program covers Nikopol, Synelnykove, Dnipro, and Kryvyi Rih districts.
What's included in the kit
Each kit is designed for basic family provision and contains:
thin mattresses — 3 pcs.;
sleeping bags — 3 pcs.;
thermoses — 3 pcs.;
thermal blankets — 3 pcs.;
foil emergency blankets — 3 pcs.;
power bank — 1 pc.;
portable gas or electric burner — 1 pc.;
rechargeable flashlight — 1 pc.;
corrugated cardboard box for transportation and storage — 1 pc.
Conditions for participation
A household can apply if it meets three conditions: the family consists of exactly three people; each member has a valid IDP certificate with the same actual place of residence; during verification, preference will be given to those who moved within the last three months.
Documents and registration procedure
The head of the family must present the following during registration and receipt of assistance:
passport or ID card with a paper extract of the registration place;
IDP certificates issued in 2026, with the current place of residence in the respective district — for each of the three family members;
registration numbers of the taxpayer's accounting card (TIN) for all family members;
disability document (if available — provides additional priority).

Filling out the application form does not guarantee automatic receipt of items: all applications undergo verification for compliance with the program conditions. Families that pass verification will be contacted by a specialist to arrange the time and place of assistance distribution.
