The Marhanets City Council has published the results of the rescuers' work for the period from June 29 to July 5. According to data from the State Emergency Service, during this time, units extinguished 17 fires.
Among them were fires in a private house and two garages after FPV drone strikes, as well as fires at four urban infrastructure facilities.
Fires in fields were separately noted: eight fires covered 15.7 hectares of land, and two more covered dry vegetation over an area of 3.4 hectares. All of them also occurred due to enemy attacks. In addition, a fire of dry grass covering 1.5 hectares was extinguished; its cause is currently being established.
As a result of the use of FPV drones by Russian troops, buses of a transport company were damaged.
During the reporting week, State Emergency Service units responded once to assist the civilian population. Three other calls were not confirmed after verification.
