According to the order of the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration dated July 3, 2026, mandatory evacuation has begun from several settlements in Synelnykove district due to the growing threat to civilians as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
The evacuation concerns residents of the following villages: Bondareve, Bunchuzhne, Veselyi Kut, Vovchanske, Debaltseve, Luhove, Okhotnyche, Perevalske, Pryshyb. The measures will last for 30 days.
Evacuees are accepted at three transit points:
Voloske village, Naberezhna street, 39;
Dnipro city, Vokzalna square, 15;
Dnipro city, Serhiia Nihoiana avenue, 53.

All evacuation assistance is provided free of charge.
Residents are also warned: after the completion of the evacuation in the specified villages, the provision of medical, social — including care — and administrative services, as well as some utility services, will be suspended.
