You can check your data in the "Oberih" register free of charge in three ways: via the "Reserve+" application, via the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services - if technically possible - or by written request to the district or city Territorial Recruitment Center and Social Support (TCC and SP) where the person is registered for military service.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Conscripts, and Reservists "Oberih," the Ministry of Defense reported. The document establishes rules for entering, updating, verifying, and correcting data, and also defines how to obtain information from the register.
How data enters the register
Information about a person must be entered within five business days of receipt. There are two ways:
automatically - through data exchange with other state information systems, registers, and databases;
manually - based on information from the person themselves, state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, educational institutions, TCC and SP, or military units.
Data updates can also be automatic or manual - by authorized employees. Information provided personally by the conscript is necessarily verified against what is already in the register.
Correcting errors in the register
Inaccurate information is corrected either automatically or at the request of the conscript. The application is submitted to the body that maintains the register at the place of registration. If erroneous data was entered by another body, you should contact them. If the inaccuracy arose due to data from another state information system, the correction will occur after the relevant state body sends updated information.
Separately, Ukraine changed the rules for оформлення відстрочки (deferment registration): conscripts will be able to re-register it if another legal basis appears. The "Reserve+" application also now allows submitting applications for vacancies to conclude new contracts in the Defense Forces – after the contract is completed, a guaranteed right to deferment from mobilization is provided.
