The Chervonohryhorivka community is starting to accept applications for the annual one-time cash payment for veterans. Documents are accepted from September 10 to September 23, 2026 – on the eve of the celebration of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine on October 1.
Who is eligible for the payment
Assistance can be received by veterans who are registered in the Chervonohryhorivka community and have already been discharged from military service, i.e., excluded from the personnel. An obligatory condition is direct participation in ATO/JFO operations or in combat actions related to the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Where and when to submit documents
Department for Veteran Policy - daily from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 14:00.
CSAP Department in the Prydniprovskyi старостат building - on Tuesday and Thursday, from 08:30 to 14:00.
Dmytrivskyi старостат building - daily from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 14:00.
What documents are required
The mandatory package of documents includes:
application (filled out directly at the time of submission);
passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
identification code;
extract from the register of the territorial community;
extract from the order of discharge from military service;
bank certificate with account details for payment.
Additionally, if available, the following are submitted: pension certificate, certificate of the right to benefits, MSEC documents or an extract from the expert program decision, as well as a certificate of direct participation in measures to ensure the defense of Ukraine in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation. In some cases, documents confirming service or injury may be required.
