On the left-bank approach to the Southern Bridge in Dnipro, the carriageway is planned to be narrowed from September 1 to December 31, 2026. Four months of restricted traffic.
The reason is the repair of the expansion joint in the area where the left-bank support structure adjoins. The draft of the corresponding decision was published by the Dnipro City Council.
Before the start of work, the Department of Improvement and Infrastructure of the Dnipro City Council is obliged to agree on a temporary traffic management scheme with the Patrol Police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Safety measures at the repair site
The repair section will be fenced off with protective structures.
Road signs and signal lighting will be installed.
A safe and unhindered passage through the work area will be arranged for pedestrians.
The draft decision is currently in the public disclosure stage. It will come into force only after adoption by the city council.
