Participation in all events is free. From August 17 to 23, Kamianets-Podilskyi hosts a week of open training sessions and competitions as part of the city program "Kamianets Residents - Stone Muscles!", aimed at developing mass sports.
The schedule includes ten disciplines: taekwondo, boxing, basketball, volleyball, football, aikido, archery, checkers, yoga, and fitness. The venues are scattered throughout the city.
The main event of the week is the open community volleyball championship on Saturday, August 22, at 11:00 AM at Gymnasium No. 30 (Heroes Blvd., 20). The competition is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence and is held as part of the "Unbreakable People - Unbreakable Country" sports festival.
