The Dnipro City Council is considering allocating UAH 2,260,000 from the targeted fund for the needs of KPNZ "SDYUSSHOR No. 1" - Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve No. 1. The draft decision was initiated by the quota of the city council's standing committee on budget and finance. If the decision is approved, the Department of Humanitarian Policy of the Dnipro City Council will manage the funds.
What the funds will be used for
The total amount is distributed among two expenditure items:
UAH 1,662,000 - purchase of sports pneumatic weapons and shooting equipment;
UAH 600,000 - purchase of sports ammunition.
Both items relate to the material and technical support of shooting disciplines practiced by the school's students.
Context
The planned purchases are part of the Program for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the city of Dnipro for 2026-2030. The decision has not yet entered into force - the project is currently under consideration by the city council deputies.
