The Dnipro City Council is considering changes to the Program in the field of communications, telecommunications, and electronic services for 2025–2028: it is proposed to include KP "INFO-RADA-DNIPRO" and KP "Digital Transformation and Automation of Information Processes of the City "eDnipro" as executors alongside the city council's information technology department. The program's activities themselves do not change; only the list of those responsible for their implementation is being adjusted.
Both enterprises will be involved in the creation and technical support of the city council's telecommunications environment, the procurement of office equipment, computer hardware, and licensed software, as well as in providing city structures with stable internet connectivity. KP "Digital Transformation and Automation of Information Processes of the City "eDnipro" will additionally become a co-executor of works on the development of urban information systems, IP telephony, and cloud electronic services.
Distribution of funds by direction
Over 2025–2028, 201.6 million UAH are allocated from the budget of the Dnipro City Territorial Community for the implementation of the program across 7 directions. The largest sums are distributed as follows:
development of urban information systems infrastructure - 72.6 million UAH;
provision of internet access - 44 million UAH;
creation and support of the telecommunications environment - 32 million UAH;
standard licensed software - 25.5 million UAH;
office equipment, multimedia, and computer hardware - 18.5 million UAH;
corporate accounts and cloud services - 7.2 million UAH;
development and support of the IP telephony system - 1.8 million UAH.
The draft of the corresponding decision was prepared at the initiative of the information technology department, which submitted a letter to the city council on August 31, 2026.
