New tariffs for centralized water supply and sewerage came into effect in Dnipro from the beginning of July 2026. This decision was made by the executive committee of the city council, reports the TV channel Sho#Dnipro with reference to KP "Dniprovodokanal".
The enterprise notes that the price of services for the population has remained unchanged for the last 4.5 years, but the revision of tariffs has become a forced step. The reasons cited are the increase in the cost of electricity, fuels and lubricants, reagents for purification and purchased water, as well as the need to increase employees' wages.
New rates for the population
For individuals and consumers who are not business entities, the cubic meter of water has increased by almost 2.6 times:
Total tariff (water + sewage): UAH 81.92 per 1 cubic meter including VAT (previously - UAH 31.36).
Centralized water supply: UAH 47.10 per 1 cubic meter including VAT.
Centralized sewerage: UAH 34.82 per 1 cubic meter including VAT.
Tariffs for wholesale consumers
For water and sewerage enterprises that are business entities, a separate grid has been approved: water supply - UAH 22.13 per cubic meter including VAT, sewerage - UAH 17.70 per cubic meter including VAT. The total wholesale tariff is UAH 39.83 per cubic meter including tax.
The administration of KP "Dniprovodokanal" recommends residents to install individual water meters - billing based on actual consumption will allow them to independently regulate utility costs.
