Around 08:10 AM on July 3, a drone hit a gas station in the Sofiivka community of Kryvyi Rih district, causing a fire. The building, equipment, and cars were damaged, reported the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
As a result of the attack, one woman was killed, and five more people were injured. According to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, four of them were hospitalized. Three — men aged 38 and 59 and a 50-year-old woman — are in critical condition with burns. A 63-year-old man was hospitalized in moderate condition. A 36-year-old woman is receiving outpatient treatment.
Investigators and prosecutors are working at the scene. The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case.
Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, criminal proceedings have been initiated on the fact of committing a war crime (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
