A 29-year-old resident of Kamianske appeared in court due to an incident that occurred on the evening of May 30, 2026, near house No. 56 on Mykola Lysenko Street. The case was heard by the Pivdennyi District Court of the city.
That evening, the woman was on a playground with an acquaintance. In front of residents of neighboring houses and passers-by, she used obscene language, threatened physical violence, and ignored remarks.
In the midst of the quarrel, the woman picked up a multi-shot gas-powered SAS MAKAROV pistol from the ground, which had fallen from her acquaintance's waistband, and pointed it at the people around. Those present perceived this as a real threat to their lives. The acquaintance himself stopped the woman.
At the hearing, the accused fully admitted guilt, repented, and agreed to a simplified consideration of the indictment. The victims had no objections.
The court qualified her actions under Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and imposed a fine of 17,000 hryvnias. In addition, the woman must reimburse 2,888.16 UAH for expert examination costs. The court ordered the SAS MAKAROV pistol to be destroyed.
