A passenger of a "Niva" was injured in a road accident on the bridge crossing in Kamianske. Medics and police worked at the scene.
Photos from the scene, circulated by local Telegram channels, show the front part of the VAZ-212140 almost completely crumpled - glass fragments and parts are scattered across the roadway.
According to preliminary data, the collision occurred at approximately 08:40. The "Niva" driver was moving across the bridge from the side of Yelyzavetynske Highway towards Trytuzna Street. A GAZ-3302 truck was standing in the right lane - the "Niva" crashed into its rear left part.
The accident happened on the morning of August 10, 2026, on the bridge over the Dnieper in Kamianske.
Details were provided to journalists by Olena Timchenko, public relations inspector of the Kamianske District Police Department. The circumstances of the accident are being established; the issue of legal qualification will be decided after the investigation is completed.
