The Novokodatsky District Court of Dnipro sentenced the man to 2 years of restricted freedom and confiscated all the equipment he used for filming: an iPhone 12 Pro, a MacBook Pro, and five sex toys. In addition, he must reimburse state experts 23,749 hryvnias for art and pornography expertise of the video recordings.
The verdict was delivered on July 22, 2026. The defendant pleaded guilty in full, but the judge did not consider this sincere repentance. The defense's argument about the possible decriminalization of pornography was rejected by the court as an attempt to justify himself. A fine could not be imposed: the man had no property or official income.
The investigation reviewed 82 video recordings and classified all of them as pornographic. The search and seizure of equipment were carried out in June 2025.
The man began his activities in 2019 with live broadcasts on Chaturbate, and from approximately 2022, he switched to OnlyFans. According to his statements recorded in the case materials, he was paid in cryptocurrency, which he exchanged for hryvnias - he had no official job, and the content was his only income. In total, such activities lasted five years, as reported in the register of court decisions.
