In the village of Vyvodove, Myrivska community, psychologists from the humanitarian mission "Proliska" organized a meeting dedicated to the topic "Chronic anxiety and living with it". The event was aimed at residents of the frontline communities of Nikopol region, where safety remains under threat due to constant shelling, the mission itself reports.
Experts note that chronic anxiety may not manifest itself explicitly, but it gradually affects emotional state, quality of life, and a person's ability to recover. In conditions of constant danger, it often becomes a background state.
During the meeting, participants could share their experiences and receive professional psychological help.
Anxiety may remain. But support, acceptance, human warmth, and understanding can also be present. Sometimes they become the first step towards restoring inner strength. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Even in the most anxious times, everyone deserves care, support, and the opportunity to feel not alone with their experiences.
