From July 1, the Multiplex cinema in the Karavan shopping mall in Dnipro temporarily ceased operations. The MULTIPLEX press service reported that this happened due to technical reasons, but when the establishment will reopen is yet unknown.
Some visitors expressed dissatisfaction because the closure occurred without prior notice. The administration apologized for the inconvenience.
For those who have already purchased tickets, the chain explained how to get a refund:
tickets purchased online for screenings from July 1 are automatically refunded;
tickets purchased at the box office can be refunded directly at the cinema box office, with a receipt and tickets in hand.
Another cinema of the chain — in the Dafi shopping mall — continues to operate as usual.
