The Charitable Organization "Shchedryk", together with the Charitable Foundation "Right to Protection" and with the support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (HFU), is conducting a survey to provide financial assistance. This is part of the project "MESH: Multi-sectoral Emergency Assistance to High-Risk Communities". This was reported by the official Telegram channel of the community.
The questionnaire can be submitted by two categories of applicants: households with signs of socio-economic vulnerability who permanently reside in the community, and individuals and families who have recently moved or evacuated here.
Terms of participation
Personal data of all household members must be specified truthfully and correctly, as verification of original documents is planned for the future.
Households that pass the preliminary selection will receive a phone notification and will be invited to confirm the provided information.
Applications are checked for duplication: repeated questionnaires do not increase the chances of payment and may complicate processing.
All collected information is confidential and processed in accordance with personal data protection principles.
Humanitarian aid is provided free of charge.
Filling out the questionnaire does not guarantee receipt of financial assistance.
The survey is available online and will last until July 15, 2026.
