The single-story administrative building without a basement, built in 1937, had gone without major repairs for years. The project documentation records its dilapidated condition - both externally and internally; in some rooms, only the walls were repainted and windows replaced.
Now, open tenders with special features have been announced for the object. The customer is the Main Department of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The documentation was approved on August 18, 2026, and the procurement is registered in Prozorro under number UA-2026-08-18-012897-a.
The total estimated cost according to the adjusted working project is UAH 17.28 million: UAH 13.02 million accounts for construction works directly, and UAH 4.26 million for other expenses. The project is divided into two stages: the first is estimated at UAH 14.43 million, and the second at UAH 2.85 million. Some works were performed before the current documentation adjustment; as of May 14, 2026, actual expenses amounted to UAH 4.85 million.
Funding is from the state budget. Proposals are accepted until 08:00 on September 4, 2026. Tender security is not required.
What the project covers
architectural and construction works;
landscaping and greening of the territory;
water supply and sewerage;
heating and ventilation;
internal lighting and power electrical equipment;
working and emergency lighting;
replacement and installation of luminaires, switches, and other electrical equipment.
The works are divided into two stages.
The contractor must complete everything by December 18, 2026. The maximum duration from the signing of the contract is 68 working days.
The contract price will be fixed; it is forbidden to include funds to cover risks and inflation. Participants must guarantee that the cost of materials will not exceed average prices in the region. Payment will be made in interim payments based on acts KB-2v and certificates KB-3 - funds are transferred to the contractor within seven calendar days after the documents are drawn up.
