The case of the Kryvyi Rih driver will be sent to court: patrol officers drew up two reports against him - under Art. 124 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of traffic rules leading to an accident) and under Art. 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (driving a car with signs of intoxication and refusing a medical examination). The court will decide on responsibility.
The man is 39 years old. Patrol officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication in him, but he refused to undergo an examination in the manner prescribed by law.
There are no casualties. The driver lost control - the VAZ crashed into a tree and overturned. The police found that he did not choose a safe speed and did not reduce it to a stop.
The accident occurred on Mykola Mikhnovsky Street in Kryvyi Rih.
